List and update project / topic listing

Add to and update projects / topic list gdoc

• Enter directly into spreadsheet or (better) via http://labs.okfn.org/spreadsheet/
  • May need to generate images (separate task -- instructions on that form)

Once complete we should move to issue #2 (add sources for projects / topics)

Working groups all now listed. Moving on to chapters.

For some cases, unclear which groups should be listed as projects and which as working groups:

Particular cases include:

Open Economics
Europe's Energy
Open Textbook
Public Domain Works / Working Group on the Public Domain (left as duplicate for the time being)
OpenGeoData / Public Geo Data

Any thoughts? Do we want to duplicate or not? What differentiates a WG from a project?
