Capitalisation of license names breaks front page

For instance, the CC Attribution box links to http://licenses.opendefinition.org/licenses/cc-by-4.0.json, which is now wrongly capitalised - should be http://licenses.opendefinition.org/licenses/CC-BY-4.0.json.

I'd debug the site, but we're currently coping with similar fallout in our own app.

This is mainly just a bug report for the index.html page link, not for the IDs themselves. I wouldn't roll anything back for this as such.
