Is 'API' different from 'Application Programming Interface'? #170

In the Glossary, each of the term API and the term Application Programming Interface has its own page, even though the former stands for the later. It seems like the term API is mainly about Web API, and Web API has also its own page referencing the term API.

In my opinion, the term API should reference its full form Application Programming Interface, and the current content of the term API should be moved into the page for the term Web API.
