No clear license for content?

I end up in a loop trying to ascertain under what licence the Open Data Handbook can be used.

As a user, I see the Terms and Conditions in the footer . I read the contents, but there it just says that:

Unless otherwise stated all our services are offered under open content or data licences and you should refer to the provisions of the licence in question to find out what you are allowed to do.

So I am left none the wiser, what Open Content / Data license is attached to the content ?

@petzlux good point - this is somehow not clearly linked in the footer. It is the default IP for OKi material which is CC-By https://okfn.org/ip-policy/

Thanks for flagging this @petzlux - we'll add a specific footer that explicitly confirms that it's CC-BY 4.0 International.

I'd suggest to replace the 'related projects' (some of which are outdated) line at the bottom with the text we have on the main okfn.org site:

Content on this site, made by Open Knowledge International, is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.

@svanderwaal please don't remove the related projects - that is valuable for a variety of reasons.
