How change height for title

Its possible change height for title(section)?
I try use autolayout, but always get same height. I try use override tableView(_ tableView: UITableView, heightForRowAt indexPath: IndexPath), but not work, section and row get same height.

Im resolved by checking if row == 0... thanks
