Demos state that webGl 2.0 is disabled even when it is enabled. #3

if I visit this site - https://get.webgl.org/webgl2/
It tells me 2.0 is enabled and I can see the spinning cube and every other site I can find tells me it is enabled.

However all the demos for this tell me that it is not enabled.

Im using windows and chrome canary.
