I got the following mail by CRAN. Obviously, there are some minor issues with mco which have not been fixed yet and thus all reverse depends are affected.

Happy to assist to fix the issues.

Dear maintainers,

This concerns the CRAN packages

CSMES MaOEA SiMRiv cmaesr ecr iopsych mcMST mco mlrMBO moc.gapbk moko
mosmafs nsga2R pdmod randomsearch smoof spotGUI stablespec tramnet
tuneRanger

maintained by one of you:

We have asked for an update fixing the check problems shown at
https://cran.r-project.org/web/checks/check_results_mco.html
with no update from the maintainer thus far.

Thus, package mco is now scheduled for archival on 2020-10-22, and
archiving this will necessitate also archiving its strong reverse
dependencies.

Please negotiate the necessary actions.
