Gitt at programmet har registrering av betalt faktura (#5) og databasen inneholder en epost-adresse (#4), kan automatisk utsending av purring skje n dager etter forfallsdato. Advarsel om ubetalt faktura kan komme hvis epost-adresse ikke er registrert.
"Automatisk" i denne betydning bør innebære en godkjenning fra avsender, i tilfelle denne ikke har sjekket innbetalinger på en stund.
