top-bar sticky nav

I've attempted making the top-bar sticky by placing the "sticky" class (with and without the contain-to-grid class) in several locations and none seems to make it "stick". Would you be able to suggest a location of where to put the class, or is there something else I'm missing?

I added a sticky class here: <div class="top-bar-container contain-to-grid sticky show-for-medium-up">

this seems to work quite well :)

Thanks Ole, looks like the problem has to do with my butchering of the top bar. I'll work on that :)
