Top Menu and WP 4.3-alpha

So I was trying to update a plugin, and must have accidentally told WP to update, even though I didn't see any notice for a WP update. Well turns out I updated from 4.2.8 to 4.3, and then I noticed that my menu items were gone. I went into WP Admin to double check my menu and everything is still there, but the Theme Locations checkboxes aren't ticked anymore. I tried ticking Right Top Bar and Mobile and hitting save, and after the page saves it, they disappear again.

I'm guessing there's some issue with 4.3? I'm curious if anyone else has had this problem.

I reverted to 4.2.2. I'm honestly not sure how my development environment jumped to 4.2.8 to begin with...

All is well now :)
