Missing kitchen-sink.js. Consequently joyride in kitchen sink is not working. Also missing jquery.min.map.

I simply uploaded cloned FoundationPress.git from my desktop via FTP in to wp-content/themes folder and activated theme. Quite possible I forgot some steps ...

Hi. The kichen-sink.js file was removed by mistake. I put it back in commit e49708e.
