R vs P plot looks funny when 2 result files with same R,P vals are loaded #164

If 2 NPAIRS result files are loaded that contain the same median 
reproducibility value, the R vs P plot (the one within the results viewer, not 
the "Other Tools" one) plots the points in different locations on a gridless, 
plot with no scales or values along the axes.  

This has not been tested when more than 2 results are loaded.  It has not been 
tested in the R vs P "Other Tools" plot.
