Force to use provided hostname - not the one from service discovery

Hi,

This is kind of bug report/future request (I've also reported it to HA itself) - could you modify the onvif module, to use all the time provided in configuration hostname, despite what onvif service discovery will report?
This is the case, if you have camera behind some NAT or proxy - camera does not know it's external IP and reports local one, but HA sees it with external IP only.
So I would assume this could work with additional config parameter like "force_conf_host"=true/false and all onvif service discovery would have to substitute camera IP with "host" from configuration.
