Import database neo4j button doesn't do anything

Hi,
I've downloaded the neo4j-url-importer-plugin-0.2.0.nbm file, and lib.validation-0.9.2.nbm (latest was required for installing the plugin neo4j-url-importer-plugin-0.2.0.nbm in gephi)

I've installed both, and restart gephi, I now have the button Files>Import Database>neo4j, however clicking on it doesn't do anything, and no new window appear to fill in the connection settings

I'm on windows, using gephi 0.9.4, neo4j is running and is under version 4.4.6
