I would like to assert that there are some tests - handy in case a page you nav to doesnt load properly (bc js not there etc)

Yup sounds good to me. I think this assertion should only happen when the :assert? option is true.

Are you planning on doing a PR? Otherwise I'm happy to do it, just let me know.
