Blank Line in DESCRIPTION #1

Hi,

The blank line at the end of the description is causing an error when I install with devtools:

devtools::install_github("RXQuery","omegahat")
Installing github repo RXQuery/master from omegahat
Downloading RXQuery.zip from https://github.com/omegahat/RXQuery/archive/master.zip
Installing package from C:\Users\Vanessa\AppData\Local\Temp\RtmpiQkT6Q/RXQuery.zip
Installing RXQuery
Error: contains a blank line

Similar to this issue:

r-lib/devtools#383

Would it be possible to remove the blank line? That seemed to resolve the other case.
