How to add description for each field in the usage section?

Thanks a lot, yes it addresses the current. another quick question that is relevant to this.

Why expose the field column? I think exposing internal data structure can be a security issue but definitely helps debugging for which it would be nice to have another flag like myapp -debug where it prints exactly like it is today and then myapp --help where it prints all the columns besides the field column. Either way --help would be great since its the most common practice
