items and media imported, but not linked together

I'm trying to import a CSV file, exported from Omeka Classic. Map a few fields, including an URL field for Media. I do see the import process accessing the files at the given URLs, but the items don't include the media files after the import. The log only contains two not-found images, nothing else. In the CSV past import list just see X items imported, and Y media, but none of the items seem to contain any media (imges). Is this a bug or I am I missing some setting. Thanks!
