How to "pip install" packages in IDE for omnetpp 6.0 Preview 7? #803

I tried to pip install some packages, but cannot know how to do it, please help, thanks.

As of OMNeT++ 6 pre9, required python packages are now documented in the installation manual (and also bundled on macOS and Windows).
