Twitter strategy duplicates information in user_info and extra Hashes #19

#user_info should delete keys, not fetch them, so they're not duplicated between user_info and extra Hashes.

Same for GitHub and Facebook strategies

I want them duplicated, since then it provides the original API call info for use by other libraries that understand that structure.
