When logged into my account, the new footer to videos still shows, but when logged into one of my alt accounts it's normal, which leads me to believe that Youtube is rolling out some weird minor change that breaks the extension.

I don't feel comfortable giving somebody access to my account but if you want to get in a Discord call and ask for the IDs of certain elements, my tag is @ioi_xd#0021

Yep.
The ytd-watch-metadata in #primary-inner now has tags hidden and disable-upgrade, and removing them forces you to see the layout that is being rolled out.

Partially fixed in 2.13.2 (see here). Work on it will be continued after the change has been fully rolled out.

Adding some notes here post-patch:

5-16/17-22:
The partial fix layout is seemingly starting to break again, nothing major, however, it looks like the channel name and profile picture got divorced from the subscribe button.
image
image
Edit: It is significantly worse on laptops
image

Edit 2: It seems that when listening to a playlist, every video that plays will have the subscribe button drift a little farther below the channel name and image (which also moves up towards the title, causing eventually what was shown in my first edit.)
image
image

Edit 3, 5-25-22:
This could probably be inferred, but custom title font is also broken.

Edit 4, 6-28-22:
I don't know how long this has existed, but on devices with limited screen space (may also happen on larger screens too, I have yet to find out) long descriptions sentences just go right off the typing area instead of formatting correctly.
image

Edit 5, 7-18-2022:
The description is now formatted incorrectly.
Text after the "Share" button is scaled incorrectly.
The views and upload date are also formatted incorrectly and now look like how they did pre-patch.
image

Edit 6, 7-28-2022:
It seems that on certain accounts the description will format above the channel details akin to the new layout instead of under.
image

Edit 7, 7-29-2022:
I don't know what youtube changed in the course of a day, but the partial fix has almost completely vanished on all but one of my accounts, which still has the pre-feature rollout layout.
