Feature: Add dark mode to the website

Implementing a dark mode feature for the website can enhance user experience, especially in low-light environments. Dark mode should be an optional theme that users can toggle on or off.

Objectives:

• Provide a toggle switch for users to switch between light and dark modes.
• Ensure the selected theme persists across sessions using local storage or cookies.
• Apply appropriate styling for dark mode to ensure readability and aesthetic consistency.
• Ensure the implementation is responsive and accessible across all devices and browsers.
