KeyboardShortcutsService not exposed from pack exports

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I'm trying to use the KeyboardShortcutsService in my code to programmatically register shortcuts outside of a component, but it looks like that service isn't exported.

Can you please add it so we don't have to rely on the component to invoke methods such as .add and .remove?

Describe alternatives you've considered

Forking it and getting just that service.
