Hello. I will only use the framework in iPhone 6 series. So I only need arm64 version of PythonistaKit compiled binary. So my app size could then be reduced. How could I achieve this goal? Thx.

You can't achieve this goal. You don't have access to the source, only the compiled binary. There's nothing you can do about this.

Thank you for your reply. Will your team release arm64 version of the compiled binary. In fact I could pay for this extra work as I really need to reduce the size of my app.

First of all, I'm not part of the Pythonista "team," that's solely @omz. You may be able to get him to compile one for you, but I'm not sure. FWIW, 40MB is not an unreasonable size for an app, it's very small.

This isn't quite true, you can strip an architecture that's not needed from a binary using the lipo tool – it should be something like lipo PythonistaKit.framework/PythonistaKit -remove armv7 -o PythonistaKitArm64Only (check man lipo for details).

That's a neat trick 👍
