What about the ME from relevant alterations?

The mutation effect description for truncating mutations in HLA-A is: Truncating mutations of HLA-A result in reduced HLA-A protein expression. Loss of HLA-A has been reported as a common characteristic of malignant cells and has been proposed to enable tumor cells to escape from cytotoxic T-lymphocyte surveillance (); however, this has yet to be functionally validated.
