Tell user when unable to connect to Reddit's API #8

When trying to enter the page from Firefox with Tracking protection set to strict, it blocks calls to Reddit's api, so the posts cannot load.

It would be nice to warn the user that it cannot access the API, as right now it just gets stuck loading.

This would be interesting in other situations as well, e.g. reddit is blocked in the network
