I noticed that when the setting "send to latest session" is chosen for the default behavior in the settings panel, the pluging doesn't send the tabs to a new session even if you use the menu command " send selected tabs to new session".

In summary, new sessions are never created when a "send to latest session" setting has been chosen in the settings panel.
