The possibility to use metafiles for license, contributing.md in order to centralize this information in a single point without impacting the License recognition, etc..

Community health files to include:

• CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md: see "Adding a code of conduct to your project."
• CONTRIBUTING.md: see "Setting guidelines for repository contributors."
• Discussion category forms: see "Creating discussion category forms."
• Issue and pull request templates and config.yml: see "About issue and pull request templates."
• SECURITY.md: see "Adding a security policy to your repository."
• SUPPORT.md: see "Adding support resources to your project."

@UlisesGascon , I found that we can use health files such as CONTRIBUTING and CODE_OF_CONDUCT at organization level:
