Monitoring Node Health link is broken on the Node Operation Quick Guide

Steps to Reproduce

When you click on the link it doesn't take you anywhere, not sure where the link is supposed to go there instead

This Readme needs to move to the Flow Docs site and be updated:

Context

Not urgent, nice to have - it's optional for Node Operators to check the monitoring of their node.

Moving #1211 context here:

We want to log metrics of Nodes being offline: meaning being able to flag and log this information and make it usable for others (ie node operators) to wake themselves up.
This ticket is for:

Needing to give node operators instructions to get notified when we get notified and how they can fix these things.
To do:

Create documentation that will assist node operators to setup notifications that match the notifications that we get when 'something is wrong and needs attention'. This document should also include what to do to fix these things when they occur.

Goal of this:

To help Node Operators help themselves by staying online longer and fixing issues quicker without our involvement.

I believe this is something we wanted to get done with the documentation release, or at least before the new node operators are onboarded.
