I am also having this problem, and it's extremely frustrating! I was hoping to find a couple of easy solutions here, however there was none to be found...(at least as far as I can tell) Perhaps someone might have a suggestion on what to do in this situation that I am unfortunately finding myself in this evening? I am unable to do much of anything without the stupid toolbar-so if anyone has any ideas, I'd really appreciate it!
