Long press on hjkl on osx results in special characters menu

I noticed when using Oni on OS-X when in "normal" mode if you long press h j k or l the expected behavior would to move the cursor for as long as the key is being pressed.

But I'm getting a special character menu:

When I installed Oni on Linux I get the expected behavior.

Hi, that is a MacOS feature, which needs to be disabled with the following command in the terminal:

defaults write com.extropy.oni ApplePressAndHoldEnabled -bool false

We are looking at some ways to automate this over in #1888 as well.
