[FEATURE] Lua profile followups

Followups to #736:

• generate type definitions for vscode
• improve java/lua interop, for example call function objects directly
• choose which runner method to stick to? function main or setting planetiler options
• more convenient API for constructing filters/multiexpressions
• better API for delegating to profiles defined in multiple files / let you define a filter expression that runs before lua script so most feature can avoid hitting lua
• more examples / documentation
• mix and match lua/java/yaml profiles in one run
• extract luaj customizations into a proper luaj fork
