This is an applied study assessing the relationship between pig-level prevalence, true litter prevalence and apparent (as determined by FOF testing) litter prevalence.
- To run the analyses, you will need to request the data from the corresponding author.
- Clone or download the files to your local.
- Open the .Rproj file.
- Open the Main.r file and run all lines.
- Folders for figures and outputs should be created.
- The simulation may take several minutes.
