Currently you can only filter by URL in the MAT.

The problem with this is that (a) it's inconsistent with the OONI Explorer Search tool, where you filter by domain (creating confusion to users), and (b) it only gives you a small subset of the actual measurements pertaining to a website (if, for example, you filter by www.france24.com, you could get measurements pertaining to http://www.france24.com/, https://www.france24.com/, https://www.france24.com/ar/, etc.).

In order to move closer to grouping measurements by websites (which is one of our goals), I proposed that we configure the MAT to filter by domain, rather than URL.
