oonimkall: additional MK options to support #494

As mentioned in measurement-kit/measurement-kit@be9c5ae, we're deprecating MK, and we support what we believe to be the most commonly used settings and options for running experiments. All the other options in the MK specification that we don't support cause a startup error. That is, the experiment starts, notices unsupported options, warns about that, and returns immediately.
This issue is your chance to tell us about an option that we didn't implement in oonimkall and was present in MK and was very useful to you. In the following I am going to list every option that was supported by MK and is recognized but rejected by oonimkall. Every option will be into its own message. Please vote with 👍 on the specific message if you like/need that option.
