Prevents the site from coming up at all.

Keep getting persistent issues with barkeep related to timeouts in auth:

OpenID: WARNING: making https request to https://www.google.com/accounts/o8/ud without verifying server certificate; no CA path was specified.

RUBY install

rvm reinstall ruby-1.9.3-p194 -C "--with-openssl-dir=/opt/local"
