Document.ready? does not fire if called AFTER document is ready #61

says it all... what should be is that if Document.ready? is called after document is ready, then it executes the block any way.

If you want I can do a fork and fix this.

Hi, that would be great. Noticed this bug the other day. $.isReady looks like it might be a good starting place.

I have a pull request in for this since mid december... can this be integrated?
