the folder is mounter with a size of 1.5 Go which is quite small ... How can we configure it ?

or is it possible to move /media/transmissionbt to /writable/transmissionbt so we don't have this limitation ??

Could you tell me where you found out about the 1.5GB limitation? That would indeed be a problem...
I'm using /media so that other snaps (Plex, Samba, Nextcloud, etc.) can access the files.

I found new information :
/media is of type "temporary" (see /etc/system-image/writable-paths), meaning all changes will be lost on reboot (http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/xenial/man5/writable-paths.5.html).

and the default size of tmpfs is half the RAM size (http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/xenial/man8/mount.8.html#contenttoc33)... need to add Mount options for tmpfs : size=nbytes
