Yes, it seems like we are missing the uninstall command for addons.
For now you can manually remove these manifests depending on which addons you want to uninstall:
https://github.com/open-cluster-management-io/clusteradm/tree/v0.5.1/pkg/cmd/install/hubaddon/scenario/addon
