Water - only a block

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.First of all I did a waterfall, and saw that it is made just from blocks  
2. Not realistic, has no physics,do not drop from higher places.
3. I didn't make end of it, so it doesn't reach the ground it self


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

You should make it more realistic, add physics that it would flow where the 
water can.
