Weird files in Save/ and Config/ directories

I have op30 signed version running on non hacked PSP e1004.
As other users I'm not able to save/load world. Console reboots after loading.
I have noticed, that there are really weird files in Save/ and Config/ 
directories on memory stick. Files with impossible names, several gigs big, 
etc. I'm unable to remove them. I guess, that somehow game corrupted memory 
stick filesystem (?). I can see such files in list of games to load. Of course 
console crashes when I try to load such corrupted file.
