[P2] Bots can have partial or empty decks in practice mode

Summary

I started a Practice Duel against Faie, setting "Difficulty" to 100% and "Random cards" to 40 and she started the game with only the cards in her starter hand and empty deck.
Next try everything was fine, but her deck started at 26/40 (so 10 cards short).

How are you measuring the number of cards in the opponent's deck? I'm not able to repro yet with 100% difficulty and random cards enabled.

If you enable "Player Detail" in settings it's just shown, it's public info.

Plus in the first case she was taking the "empty deck draw" damage from first turn (otherwise I probably wouldn't have noticed).

It so far happened only once to me (though as I said, another attempt with her gave her less than full deck).
