Error: No module named constants #115

Hi,

I installed the app without docker and the website is working.
https://github.com/open-eats/OpenEats/blob/master/docs/Running_the_App_Without_Docker.md

But if I try to use the managy.py to create a superuser or any other paramater, I get the following message:
Error: No module named constants

I installed the module and also try the module django-constants, but nothing helps. Did anyone have an idea for the problem?
