Update practice and lecture content

The practice and lecture content currently under content/chapters/template-chapter is not updated to the latest content of the Compute chapter from the Operating Systems repository, which it follows [1] [2]. This is problematic as both the practice and lecture documentation in the template-chapter is not yet fully split into multiple files.

In order to update the template-chapter to a more definitive version of the Compute chapter, [1] and [2] need to be merged before making further changes to template-chapter.
