Had a quick idea on what Fido using OPK might look like...

~ $ watch -n60 "./opk-temper1-cli/pull --port USB_1 | fido --high 95 --low 32 | email --address rj@rjsteinert.com --subject 'Alert!'"

What the fido command does here is receive input over STDOUT and if the value is outside of the given high and low parameters, send a message over STDOUT. Then on the end of the pipe there is a new reservoir, email. Gotta write that one as well.
