The page at https://open-horizon.github.io/docs/hub/prerequisites/ is missing the actual installation steps. Please flesh out the pre-requisites, add installation steps (standalone, manual, or using all-in-one), and any potential pitfalls or common errors.

Also, determine where this should fit in with the nav so that the pages link to each other properly.
