Resrouce Collection: added collection from Change Collection shows as ID in filter

1. Steps to replicate:

• Select any resource.
• Click on Change collection and create new Collection.
• new Collection will not be added to that resource.
• Select that resource again and choose above mentioned newly added collection.
• now double tap that added collection from the list. Do not refresh the page
• It will show as id. but if we refresh the page it works fine.
  

2. Sometimes while creating new collection, its not showing in list even though validation message shows that value already exists.

This is close to two issues, so I would attempt fixing the first in one PR and if the fix relates to both then also fix the second.

Note that in the first issue the "collection from the list" is the gray mat-chip
