Error message not showing when correct answer is not selected, upon creating a multiple choice question #3982

An error message should display when a multiple choice question's "answer" is not selected upon question creation. As of the moment, only "Some required fields are missing." shows.

As a note the error message exists in the HTML, but it does not appear when it should
