ResourcesView: Full screen mode when opening

For all, or maybe certain resources ie html games, or if selected when uploading, opening the resources should automatically open in a new tab

Interesting idea. I think we should stay in app so the member can see the metadata if they want, but rework the ResourcesView so that the resource is in full screen or full screen with the top menu showing that can be toggled back to the current view.
