In myHealth, when a user wants to Add Examination, there are notes for some vitals; for example, Pulse in bpm, Weight in kg. However, for Vision and Hearing, there is no explanation, it could be very vague for users.

Adding some notes to make this more user-friendly.

The units have not been decided yet, so there isn't anything to explain right now.
